After a successful virtual performance at the SEB Leadership Conference in 2021, The Band Lab was again invited to be the main entertainment for the SEB Leadership Conference in 2022. This year, the theme of the Leadership Conference is "Participative Towards Inspirational Leadership".

While the initial plan was to perform 4 separate entertainment segments, only ONE segment was eventually executed on the day of the event due to the event relegating to a virtual basis (as a result of a covid positive case during a rehearsal earlier that morning), nulling the possibilities of the other segments as a result of their interactive nature with a live audience.

The eventual segment performed consisted of a Medley from Queen's famous pieces, followed by a few viral TikTok songs. This medley was performed alongside musicians from Akoustik Connexion.
