In Kuching, a special property promotion ran from November 29, offering savings for prospective homeowners. The highlight was the Christmas Carnival at Ibraco Gallery, The NorthBank (Nov 29-Dec 1), with games, food stalls, live performances, and festive entertainment. This is where The Band Lab has been invited to perform, showcasing its Chamber Ensemble as well as a String Quartet.

Ibraco also showcased its latest project, The NorthBank Central, a commercial space perfect for businesses. In Bintulu, an open house at Ibraco’s Sales Gallery (Nov 29-Dec 1) allowed visitors to explore the Hagen Avenue and Horizon Residence projects, while anniversary promotions were also offered.
