The Band Lab, The Strings Lab, and The Symphony Lab were invited to join the rap-style Sarawak Chinese New Year song MV "Dragon Leaps Cat City",  featuring a cast of a hundred participants.

In addition to incorporating trendy Pop and musical melodies and Boombap hip-hop elements, the lyrics also promote gender equality, conveying the message that men are capable and women are no less, demonstrating the fusion of traditional and modern elements.

The lyricist and composer of the Sarawak Chinese New Year song MV "Dragon Leaps Cat City" is Morris Chai Ai Wei. He collaborated with Chinese composer KT Chen Haowen to create this cross-cultural Sarawak New Year song.
